10天济南国际文化交流成长营,让孩子作为“文化小主人”,在新西兰教师和国际学伴 Buddy 陪伴下,用英语讲济南、讲家乡、讲中国故事。

A 10-day international cultural exchange camp in Jinan where students become young cultural ambassadors, using English to tell stories of Jinan, their hometowns and China.

Jinan Station

不是普通英语班,也不是普通研学营 Not a standard English class. Not a sightseeing camp.

项目核心不是“安排满”,而是让孩子在真实任务中把英语用出来:观察城市、采访 Buddy、整理素材、小组共创、排练表达,最后站上舞台完成英文展示。

The programme is built around real tasks, not a packed activity list: students observe the city, interview Buddies, collect material, create in teams, rehearse their ideas and finally present in English.

真实对象Real People

孩子面对的不是试卷,而是新西兰教师和国际学伴,需要听懂、提问、回应和合作。

Students speak with teachers and international Buddies, learning to listen, ask, respond and work together.

真实任务Real Tasks

从泉城观察到 Buddy 采访,把城市素材变成英文词卡、故事页、展板和小导游表达。

City observations and Buddy interviews become word cards, story pages, project boards and guide-style talks.

真实舞台Real Stage

结营展示不是背稿,而是把小组作品、观点和文化理解讲给观众听。

The final showcase is not script recitation. Students present their work, ideas and cultural understanding.

Learning Design

以新课标核心素养为方向 Aligned with core English competencies

语言能力 Language Ability

每天在听、说、问、答中使用英语,完成自我介绍、采访、城市描述、观点表达和展示任务。

Students use English daily to listen, speak, ask and respond through self-introductions, interviews, city descriptions and presentations.

文化意识 Cultural Awareness

围绕泉水、齐鲁文化、家庭、食物、学校和节庆主题,学习向国际伙伴介绍中国文化。

Topics include springs, Qilu culture, family, food, school life and festivals, helping students explain Chinese culture to global peers.

思维品质 Thinking Skills

通过中外文化比较、信息整理、小组讨论和观点形成,训练逻辑、判断、组织和表达。

Students compare cultures, organise information, discuss in groups and build opinions with clearer logic and structure.

学习能力 Learning Ability

在分工合作、作品修改、教师反馈和营期复盘中,从被动听课走向主动完成任务。

Through teamwork, revision, teacher feedback and reflection, students become active task completers rather than passive learners.

China-New Zealand Exchange

Buddy不是陪玩,而是共同完成任务的国际伙伴 Buddies are international partners, not play companions

Buddy 与中国学生一起破冰、采访、讨论、制作 Project Board、准备展示。孩子真正敢开口,往往不是被老师点名时,而是在和同龄伙伴一起完成任务时。

Buddies join icebreakers, interviews, discussions, Project Board work and showcase preparation. Students often speak most naturally when completing a task with peers.

Students build word banks and language frames for Jinan, hometowns and Chinese stories.

Students use English with real people through teacher and Buddy interaction.

根据外教、Buddy 和同伴反馈,优化表达结构、关键词和展示节奏。

Students refine structure, keywords and delivery based on teacher, Buddy and peer feedback.

彩排合成Rehearsal & Integration

完成小组串联、舞台走位、视觉材料检查和中英文衔接训练。

Teams rehearse transitions, staging, visual materials and bilingual handovers.

结营展示Final Showcase

以 Mini TED、Project Board 或团队展示形式呈现学习成果。

Students present learning outcomes through Mini TED talks, Project Boards or team showcases.

10

证书复盘Certificates & Reflection

完成证书颁发、成长反馈和项目复盘,把十天学习转化为可见成长记录。

The programme closes with certificates, reflection and visible records of student growth.

After 4 PM

轻松但真实的英语使用时间 Relaxed sessions for real English use

每日下午4:00-6:00由中方双语教师带领,以英文活动卡和任务单推动学生自然开口。

From 4:00-6:00 PM, Chinese bilingual teachers lead student-centred English activities using prompts and task sheets.

小组完成主题展板,把文化知识转化为清晰的英文说明和视觉表达。

Groups turn cultural knowledge into clear English explanations and visual presentation boards.

Mini TED 与舞台展示Mini TED & Showcase

通过阶段汇报、彩排和结营展示,训练开场、衔接、眼神、站姿和临场回应。

Students practise opening, transitions, eye contact, posture and live response through rehearsal and final showcase.

外教观察反馈Teacher Feedback

从听力反应、口语表达、互动能力、词汇使用、项目参与和展示表现获得成长建议。

Feedback covers listening response, speaking, interaction, vocabulary use, project participation and presentation.

Confidence Builder 敢开口:完成简单问答、自我介绍和绘本页朗读。 Build confidence through simple Q&A, self-introductions and storybook page reading.
Expression Developer 会表达:完成采访、转述、1分钟表达和主题介绍。 Develop interviews, reporting, one-minute talks and topic introductions.
Young Presenter 会展示:完成 Mini TED、展板讲解、问答和文化导览。 Present through Mini TED talks, project boards, Q&A and cultural guiding.
Young Leader 会带项目:担任主持、组长、编辑或讲解员,推动小组路演。 Lead as host, team leader, editor or guide, supporting group pitch delivery.

Care & Operations

统一管理,安全可控,家长可知 Structured care, clear supervision and parent visibility

营期实行统一带队、统一点名、统一行动和统一返回。新西兰教师负责课程与表达引导,Buddy 作为国际学伴共同参与任务;中方营务老师、生活老师和双语助教负责日常组织、翻译支持、安全动线与学生管理。

The programme uses unified team leading, attendance checks, movement and return procedures. New Zealand teachers guide learning and expression; Buddies join as international peers; Chinese staff and bilingual assistants manage daily organisation, translation, routes and student care.
